The Story

Finally an exercise regimen that helps you “take care of you.” Looking back, you never got the manual on “taking care of yourself.” No one every came knocking on the door and offered “tips” on what it means to take care of yourself. Welcome to your manual. The Absolutely Fabulous Workout is custom designed to fit you and the areas where you want support. This is your workout. That means we have all aspects of taking care of yourself covered. You can measure your dimensions here. After all, you’ve got to start from somewhere. Taking your measurements is one of the best ways to know your starting point. We can then re-measure you once a month so you can see measurable results in the efforts you are investing in yourself.


Exercise

So what does it mean: “taking care of yourself?” Three simple answers follow (by the way, that’s how you know you are dealing with “right” answers, they are simple and easy to understand-no rocket science involved in understanding yourself. See if these jive with you:

  1. Get enough rest (7-8 hours every night- yes we know you are not, get cracking)
  2. Get enough hydration and nutrition (again, simple rules to be mindful of every day. We know you haven’t been mindful. That’s ok. You can start here)
  3. Get enough exercise (Our mini-workouts will get your squared away with proper form to boot! Making little changes every day is what it’s all about.)

See? Rather uncomplicated, no? Everyone knows this-this is not new information. However, what is new is that you are reading it with “new” eyes. You are ready to make changes in your life and you know deep down that life rewards action. Take action.



The Tipping Point

Weighing in may be other people’s idea of “fun,” and yes, the scale has some valuable input in your overall well-being, but all too often smart women get sucked into the numbers game and forget that taking care of yourself means replacing fat with muscle. What good is a scale that shows an abstract number but you still can’t fit into your favorite jeans? Let’s start getting some real results together. No yelling, no shoving, just us, you and the Universe.



Dreamboard

You know you have one at home. And if you don’t, you should get with the program and start one. For those few of you that don’t know what a dreamboard is, very simply, is a blank canvas where you display images of things or people you want in your life so that you can keep your mind focused on what you desire; telling the Universe every day that these items and people are what you are all about. The Universe already knows this about you, it’s just waiting for you to get your act together and start requesting things that are finally what you deserve. We have a virtual dreamboard set up for you at the Absolutely Fabulous Workout where you can customize the images and have your “story” up in front of you, inspiring you, others and getting the Universe to conspire in your favor, now that you are clear about what you want and how you want to feel. Can you feel the Universe sighing a sigh of relief?

We live in a society and based on the fact that your are reading this online, we can safely assume that you have a life that’s going much better for you than other people in the world. Your life may not be where you want it to be, but that’s why we are here. Experience has taught us that inspiring others is always easier than inspiring ourselves.
